Shipping Policy:

 K's Bridal Flowers & Favors currently ships  to US, Canada & most countries Worldwide.  Our US customers will receive their orders Via USPS , which includes shipping to US Military addresses & P.O. Boxes.   All other shipments will be by USPS Air Parcel Post. Shipping is not included in the price of the products. See chart below for these fees.

All orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks, due to the fact that all products are custom made  please allow this time frame. 

   K's Bridal Flowers & Favors

  Due to availability of some silks and products at times changes might be required, if so NO changes will be made without the customer's approval. Also due to the fact  that these items are made to order, once they are sent there will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. 

We urge you to use color swatches to insure that your  shades & silks can be matched to your specifications. (Write us for Details)

 Our merchandise will be shipped in priority mail boxes except for shipments through United States Parcel Post & will list name & delivery address as well as out company name & address,  therefore the contents of your package will be confidential at all times.  K's Bridal Flowers & Favors will confirm your order by e-mail within 24 hours & you will also be notified when your package is shipped.

All shipments will be accompanied by a detailed invoice .

Customs & Duty Charges:

K's Bridal Flowers & Favors's shipping & handling when applicable does not include customs & any duties imposed by your country. The customs declaration form will state Bridal &Floral pieces & the value of purchase will be declared on this form.
